Facility Department Internship

The Facility Intern works as an apprentice under the direction of the Business Analyst and is responsible for functions needed in the Finance Team. The internship will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company. Other key responsibilities include:

• Verify account codes and meters are correct for each campus
• Enter new campus information into energy star
• Find energy saving opportunities.
• Standardize reporting information across the portfolio.
• Present reporting and current state of sustainability to ESG board
•   Other duties as needed and assigned.

Qualifications

• Entry Level: Requires 0-1 years’ experience and HS Diploma or equivalent.

Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
