JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

Leads the profitable growth through referral development sales activities within Senior Living (Assisted Living, Legacy, Independent Living, and Villas), HC and CCRC, and overall private pay market share. Impacts business development and achieves or exceeds daily census goals. Directs entrepreneurial mindset and develops a strategy to increase company-wide census and execute the Company’s visibility within all campus communities. 

  1. Create a winning team culture and personal development plan for team members; Reduce turnover in CSR, CSS, GR, VLD, and CL positions.
  2. Census and revenue for Senior Living (Assisted Living, Legacy, Independent Living, Villas) and Health Center achieve minimum expectation budgeted occupancy. Goal Full House Senior Living
    1. Leads the attainment of community census goals and annual budget projections.
    2. Specifically, generates leads, advances the sales process, and directs daily/weekly/monthly goals in partnership with division teams.
    3. Leads census conversations, closing inquiries, and oversees communication of prospect objections and private pay census increase
  3. Provides leadership and oversight of multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships development and management.
  4. Develops strategies to maximize admissions, including daily contact with the Ohio business development team, potential referral sources, hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies and health care agencies as well as community partners. 
  5. Directs, identifies, and develops growing professional referral partnerships in campus local community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities Develops and manages yearly census plans, with monthly or quarterly sales and marketing plans as directed by the VP of Business Development with insight from VP of Communication, Social Media and Creative Services and Senior Leadership.
  6. Analyzes data to improve sales and develop business development plans.
  7. Travel (50%) including overnight stay as necessary. Qualifications and Education Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Knowledge of:

  • Customer sales analysis and profiling; market segmentations; program tracking and evaluation; and design market data analysis.
  • Concepts, principles, and practices of sales, business development, marketing and communications.
  • Professional health care principles, practices, concepts and procedures as applied to the care of patients in a skilled or assisted living facility.
  • Compliance with external regulatory agencies and organizations for all areas of responsibility.

 

Skills in:

  • Interpersonal and analytical skills; gathering and compiling information and analyzing and adjusting discrepancies.
  • Statistical methods, concepts and other analytical tools.
  • Business acumen while comprehending how the Company works providing guidance on policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting our business and organization.
  • Ongoing development of a servant leadership culture that strives to achieve the highest ethical standards.
  • Project management from conception to evaluation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
  • Organization with strong attention to detail.

  • Organize, prioritize and track multiple tasks with strong attention to efficiency and detail.
  • Work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment.
  • Provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field from a four-year college or university. Graduate degree preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years marketing/sales experience. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
